Kanye West's project first-week sales for his new "Ye" album are in, and it looks like his MAGA/Donald Trump support and "slavery is a choice" comments aren't really having any affect to his numbers.
The seven-track project is expected to sell almost 200,000 units in the first week, with about 70,000-80,000 coming off of pure album sales. These are amazing numbers in today's music world, especially with streaming involved.

Looks like all the folks who "cancelled" Kanye didn't stick by their word.
Obviously, Yeezy isn't done either. He is scheduled to drop his joint album with Kid Cudi this week. If on schedule, the album he produced for Nas is supposed to drop a week after that.
