The Los Angeles Lakers and Philadelphia 76ers are doing business hours before the 2018 NBA Draft, and it could have a lasting effect on the upcoming free agency period. Per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the 76ers and Lakers have made a deal with their second-round picks.
