Perhaps grown tired of Lance Stephenson’s antics, the Indiana Pacers are expected to improve by subtraction and a multi-talented addition of Tyreke Evans.
Shams Charania of The Vertical is reporting that the Pacers are declining to pick up Lance's $4.3 million team option, making the kid from Brooklyn a free agent.

The move is expected to allow the Pacers to maintain as much financial flexibility as possible entering free agency on July 1. Stephenson averaged 9.2 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 82 games.
ESPN's Chris B. Haynes is reporting that Indiana will target Evans for an immediate upgrade.
