Dwane Casey wasn’t unemployed very long, and just like in Toronto, he’ll have a talented roster facing heavy expectations. Per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Casey has agreed to a five-year deal to become the head coach of the Detroit Pistons.

Casey led the Raptors to the NBA Playoffs in five of his seven seasons, reaching the Eastern Conference Finals in 2016. The Pistons let go of president and coach Stan Van Gundy on May 7.
