Darrelle Revis hasn’t been a shutdown corner for a few years now, but he’ll go down as one of the best to ever play the position. Revis quietly retired this morning.

The man known for “Revis Island” and being the best cover guy of his generation, Revis' career includes seven Pro Bowls and four first-team All-Pro nominations with the New York Jets, New England Patriots, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Revis also won a Super Bowl ring, and five years from now will likely find a spot in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
