Just because David Robinson is "The Admiral" and San Antonio royalty, doesn’t mean Kawhi Leonard owes him a relationship or a return phone call.
Robinson has been confused by the entire Kawhi situation that ultimately led to the two-time Defensive Player of the Year being traded to the Toronto Raptors. Robinson gave ESPN some insight into just how odd the behaviors were to him.
While a guest with Rachel Nichols on ESPN’s "The Jump," Robinson labeled Leonard’s departure “one of the oddest situations I think I’ve seen since I’ve been in pro basketball," admitting that he attempted to reach Leonard several times but never received an answer.
