The Philadelphia 76ers made Markelle Fultz off-limits in trade offers form Kawhi Leonard, meaning Brett Brown and company believe the No. 1 overall pick is ready to take a huge step.
Fultz can only go up after a brutal rookie season that saw the former Washinton Huskies star essentially forget how to shoot the basketball. One day after Drew Hanlen confirmed that Fultz is on schedule, Brown made it clear that the young guard would have a breakout second season.
