The National Basketball Association is undoubtedly the best and toughest basketball league there is in the world. It consists of all the best basketball players there is and it’s where every basketball player makes a name for themselves as well as becoming a legend of the game.
In recent years the young talent that’s rising in the NBA has undeniably been some of the greatest young talents the game has ever seen; and has been duly noted by fans and pundits alike.

Giannis Antetokounmpo
Scoring in the NBA is not easy especially for young players, but this kid at just the age of 23 has averaged nearly 30 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game.
He has had one of the best stats of any player in the NBA in the last season with his stats being better than better than most recognized players. Not only is his attacking abilities remarkable, but so is his ability to defend due to his height and freakish wingspan.
He has been tipped to win many MVP awards in the future, so surely Giannis is one to watch.
Donovan Mitchell
This 21-year-old rookie plays for the Utah Jazz, and although he is a rookie he has lead his team the entire season. Leading the Jazz to the playoffs, he has averaged 19.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 2.3 three pointers per game.
If that’s not enough, he even won the annual NBA dunk contest in which he dazzled fans with some incredible dunks. He has certainly turned heads in the NBA by also coming in the top 3 for Rookie of the Year.
Ben Simmons
This Australian kid has certainly impressed everyone in the NBA. At just 22, he had won Rookie of the Year. It was well-deserved as he played a huge role in ensuring the Philadelphia 76ers reached the NBA Playoffs.
He averaged incredible stats such as 17.3 points, 8.9 rebounds, and 7.8 assists per game. Despite lacking a jump shot, he still scored 50 percent of his shot attempts. Based on his stats this season, he has resembled the legendary Oscar Robertson, which is quite the comparison.
Jayson Tatum
At just the age of 19, this rookie has already made it into the top 3 for Rookie of the Year. On his debut he had already managed a double-double which consisted of 14 points and 10 rebounds. He played a large role in ensuring that the Boston Celtics reach the NBA Playoffs.
He led the league in shooting accuracy with an outrageous 51.5 percent from behind-the-arc. It’s definitely credible to say that if this kid hits his prime he is going to be a force to be reckon with.
